We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on a hill top provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, a cozy sitting area, and a balcony where we could relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, ensuring that our every need was taken care of.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist, though at times we felt they could have gone the extra mile in delivering excellent service.

We paid the room more than advertised on Booked.net due to the conversion from euro to leva, sheets in the room were torn, also the towels, one shower was moldy, one bathtub had the outlet plucked, there was only one key per double room and in our room the lock was broken and the key didn't work and we couldn't get in the room, the variety of food was extremely poor and the quality was not even for 2 star hotel, no parking available on spot, all inclusive bar extremely poor and bad organized. The stuff was totally unprofessional. When we asked for a refund due to the poor conditions, they said that we will get a compensation, but at check out they said that it was not possible and no manager available at that moment. It was the worst hotel

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the facilities, especially the pool and the breakfast, were impressive. The hotel's staff was accommodating and hospitable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for me, being very near the beach, and close enough to the lively center.

The hotel is close to the party street and 5, 10 minutes away from the beach. The rooms are quite big, with AC and balcony. The restaurant is big, with a lot of tables and the food is ok.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and they did not clean the room.

Couldn't fault.

I could say that the staff was polite. The worst thing is that when you pay by card (debit or credit) without notice and without to be informed the staff on the reception record all data from you card as number, expiration date, etc.This is illegal because it is confidential information which could be abused. Their explanation was that it is a necessity in order to generate an invoice in the system. I am a bank employee and as such I know what could be the consequences of that, so I didnt gave my card details and data and did not receive an invoice.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from Golden Sands. They have parking with only 40 places for cars of guests for more than 70 rooms. The Internet paid per day and in our reservation says it is free. Free Internet was available only in lobby. The pool is very small and insufficient for all guests and they dont clean it every day.There are 20 lounges for all guests and not a single umbrella. The rooms are cleaned and the towels changed only if you explicitly ask at reception.

Too crowdy

The hotel had a nice fitness center and a lovely swimming pool. the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the city center and the train station, making it easy to get around. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet every morning.

The rooms were quite outdated and could do with a renovation. the noise level from the nearby construction sites was quite high and made it hard to sleep.

I like the SPA. The staff from SPA is excellent.I spent two relaxing hours there.

There is no enough space for parking place.We have to park the car in a place near form hotel (where the parking place is paid by client) - the staff from hotel indicated that place. This is not normal taking into consideration that is a 4 stars hotel.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel ! ... maybe 3*. Breakfast was almost "chemical", room cleanliness was awful, bathroom finishes have a cheap look, towels were with the splints on the outside and while I was taking a shower I was accompanied with a lovely spider ... in clonclusion : if you really look for a 5 star hotel ... avoid !!!

This hotel is situated near a beautiful beach and is close enough to all the action of the resort area while still offering some quiet and relaxation. the rooms are a good size and come with decent bedding and an ensuite bathroom. Some of the facilities such as the pools and the indoor area are also worth checking out.

The staff could be more attentive to guests' needs and provide more prompt assistance when requested.

i enjoyed the spa & relax services

check in took around 2 hours, check out 1 hour, food (dinner,lunch) had an hourly interval(around 2 hours allocated for lunch for example ) but if you didn't arrive at the start and came after 1 hour you couldn't find free tables, free dishes or glasses and even food it wasn't enough and also not so various...also the 5 stars in my opinion were rather 3 or 3 and a half stars...

We recently had a romantic escape and we were amazed by the hotel facilities. The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh juice and plenty of fruit. The beachfront location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. We were also able to enjoy some great spa treatments during our stay.

The dinner buffet lacked variety and the quality was just okay. , the entertainment was limited and could have been improved.
